Heroes:
The higher level hero you have in office as mayor effects the speed of certain processes.
Political heroes in office speed up building everything in your city and town as well as faster wall defense builds
Intelligence heroes speed up the time it takes to do research in your academy
Attack heroes in addition to attacking the enemy speed up the time it take to train troops in barracks
Put the right mayor in office to speed up whatever it is you are about to do.
